A client in the far west end significantly increased the livable square footage of their home recently when we designed and remodeled their basement. Originally, the lower level of their home was just cold, dark, unused space with a concrete floor and block walls. Now, after several months of hard work by a talented and dedicated production team, the transformation is remarkable.

The spacious family entertainment room easily accommodates comfortable, theatre-like seating. A large screen plasma TV and other media equipment are housed in the custom designed, built-in entertainment center. With high ceilings, French doors, large windows, and plenty of specialized lighting, the room now feels bright, open, and cheerful.

The adjacent office was designed with a work-from-home professional in mind. The casual elegance begun in the entertainment room continues through the large cased opening into the office. Tray ceilings, a gas fireplace flanked by built-in bookcases, and recessed cabinetry with locking file drawers were specifically designed to enhance the homeowners custom built desk.
