• A new breakfast area floods the kitchen with natural light.
• The new island has a snack bar and granite countertop.
• Granite was used to replace all the old countertops and backsplashes.
• An old sunroom, in very poor condition, was gutted and completely rebuilt.
• A wall between the rebuilt sunroom and the breakfast area was replaced by stately colonial columns. The columns visually separate the spaces but keep the area open and accessible.

• A new 18' x 24' family room was added off the sunroom and study. A vaulted ceiling adds a feeling of spaciousness and lots of windows let in plenty of natural light.
• The three multi-level terraces are stamped concrete in a cool gray, English slate pattern with a brick foundation that matches the brickwork on the existing home.
