Front Desk Office Assistant

The Front Desk/Office Assistant performs a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to the Office Manager and Accounting Department, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

Checking and Distributing mail daily
Distributing packages as they arrive from FedEx/UPS
Answer and direct phone calls
Provide general support to visitors
Ensure the bathrooms and kitchens are fully stocked with necessary
supplies
Maintain the cleanliness of the front desk, conference room, show room,
Kitchens, Bathrooms, and Front Porch.
Lead Processing
AP Email maintenance
Data Entry into QuickBooks
Tracking of client information
Maintain Accounts Payable filing system
Maintain subcontractor compliance records
Assist in maintaining lead info in BuilderTrend
Assist with office duties as assigned

Qualifications

Detail Oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent people skills
Experience with computer software applications such as Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Google suite, etc.
Ability to coordinate and communicate efficiently in a team
Knowledge of the construction industry as well as BuilderTrend and
QuickBooks is a plus
