• Proven experience as carpenter
• Hands-on experience with carpentry materials and tools
• Ability to use electrical and manual equipment

• Create detailed construction drawings and permit sets
• Modify plans per client feedback and field conditions
• Coordinate with design consultants, engineers, and internal teams
• Use Chief Architect for drafting and visualization

• Proficiency in Chief Architect or similar CAD software
• Solid understanding of residential building codes and construction methods
• Experience in both remodels and new builds
• Strong communication & creative problem-solving skills
• Degree in Architecture/Drafting preferred (or equivalent experience)

• 3D rendering & visualization
• Familiarity with permitting processes

• Coordinate, plan and manage schedules for all projects assigned  
• Manage field crew and subcontractors’ schedules to ensure timely completion of projects  
• Ensure all subcontractors are fully executing and complying with their contracted scope of work and negotiate as necessary  
• Maintain and update the construction schedules for assigned projects in BuilderTrend on a weekly basis  
• Attend all pre-construction meetings for assigned projects  
• Manage all aspects of the construction process  
• Request labor support when needed and supervise their work  
• Schedule all subcontractors  
• Complete material takeoffs  
• Manage projects to bring them in or under budget and on schedule while maintaining high-quality standards to ensure client satisfaction
